What is raw hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair collected from a single donor. Unlike heavily
processed hair, raw hair maintains its natural texture, strength, and longevity.
At The Mane Campus, our raw hair extensions are selected for their quality, versatility, and luxurious appearance so college women can achieve an effortlessly elevated look.
Because raw hair is minimally processed, each bundle may have slight natural variations in texture, pattern, or color.
How do I maintain The Mane Campus extensions?
Proper maintenance is key to extending the lifespan and beauty of your hair extensions. We recommend the following care routine:
● Gently detangle hair before washing
● Use sulfate-free and moisturizing shampoo and conditioner
● Allow the hair to air dry whenever possible
● Avoid excessive heat styling
● If using heat tools, always apply a heat protectant first
● Store hair properly when not in use (satin bag)
● Wrap or protect hair at night to reduce tangling and dryness
Treat your extensions the same way you would care for your natural hair.
Can I color or dye my hair extensions?
Yes. Our raw hair extensions can be colored, toned, or dyed.
However, because raw hair is premium human hair, we strongly recommend having all coloring services completed by a licensed professional hairstylist to help maintain the integrity and quality of the hair.
Improper coloring or chemical processing may affect the lifespan and texture of the extensions.
How long will my extensions last?
The longevity of your extensions depends on how well they are maintained.
With proper care, our raw hair extensions can last several months to over a year.
Consistent maintenance, gentle handling, and quality hair products will help maximize the lifespan of your extensions.
Can I swim with my hair extensions?
Yes, but we recommend limiting exposure to chlorine and saltwater whenever possible.
Chlorine and saltwater can dry out the hair and affect the quality over time.
If you do swim with your extensions:
● Rinse the hair immediately afterward
● Use a moisturizing conditioner
● Detangle gently
● Allow the hair to fully dry
Proper aftercare is important to maintaining softness and longevity
How many bundles do I need?
Bundle recommendations may vary depending on your desired fullness, hair length, and installation method.
General recommendations:
● For lengths 22” and longer, we recommend 3 bundles or more
● If installing with a closure, we typically recommend at least 3 bundles for a fuller look
If you prefer extra volume, additional bundles may be needed.
Do you offer clip-ins?
Not at this time.
However, The Mane Campus may expand our product offerings in the future, including clip-ins and additional extension options.

When can I redeem my loyalty rewards?
You can redeem your loyalty rewards anytime you would like, provided rewards are available on your account.

Inventory & Restock Questions
How do I know when an item is back in stock?
If an item is sold out, simply select the “Notify Me When Available” option on the product page.
Once the product is restocked, you will automatically receive an email notification.
Please note that high-demand products may sell out quickly after restocking
Order & Shipping Questions
What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information and shipping updates.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.
You can use the tracking number provided to monitor delivery updates through USPS.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
