Order Processing

Q: When will my order be processed?

A: Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Q: How will I know when my order ships?

A: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

All tracking updates are provided through Shopify and the selected shipping carrier.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.

Q: How long does shipping take once my order is processed?

A: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Once processed, most domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The Mane Campus is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, lost packages, or delivery interruptions once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier.

A: All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when available.

Q: Does The Mane Campus ship internationally?

A: At this time, The Mane Campus only ships within the United States.

We currently do not accept or process international orders.

Any international orders placed using forwarding services or third-party addresses are placed at the customer’s own risk.
