Q: What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged order?
A: If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customer@themanecampus.com.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
To assist with your claim, please include:
● Your order number
● Clear photos of the product
● Photos of the packaging
● A brief description of the issue
The Mane Campus reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an issue qualifies for replacement or resolution.
Order Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, orders immediately enter processing and cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@themanecampus.com with your order number.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by The Mane Campus.

Q: What happens if my package is marked as delivered but I did not receive it?
A: Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, The Mane Campus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
